• Where: St Catherine’s College, Oxford 
• Rooms: 3 rooms (1 large lecture theatre, and 2 smaller breakout rooms)
• Who: Up to 150 people from the Drupal community and the Education sector  
• Theme: Drupal and Education
• Price: £30 earlybird, £50 standard
• Food: Three course seated and served lunch both days, tea, coffee and biscuits available all day.

What if I'm new to Drupal?

Great! Come along! We positively encourage people who are new to Drupal, and will be running a Hello Drupal! introductory training session on the first day to help those new to Drupal to get up to speed with the basics. This should help you get the most out the rest of the sessions.

Training

We are also planning to run a training session the day before the event, Thursday 21st June 2012. This is likely to be aimed at existing developers who are new to Drupal, but if you have other training requirements please do let us know - if there is enough interest we may be able put on additional training. The training will be charged for separately, but will be heavily discounted. Further information to follow soon.

Education theme

The theme for the DrupalCamp is education. This is not indended to be restictive, and there will probably be many sessions that are not education specific, but it is intended to provide a focus for issues around both the use of Drupal in education and furthering the education of Drupal.

So if education is not your thing, do not fear, there will be plenty of good Drupal content for you. However, if you do have interests or experience in topics that may be relevent to the education theme, do please propose or request sessions.

Download and print promotional resources, tell your friends, tweet about us, mention the event to anyone who might be interested (from and education point of view as well as from a Drupal point of view).
